早发冠心病病人健康子女血浆血管活性因子水平检测 被引量:2

PLASMA LEVES OF VASOACTIVE FACTORS IN HEALTHY CHILDREN WITH A FAMILY HISTORY OF PREMATURE CORONARY HEART DISEASE

摘要 目的了解有早发冠心病(PCAD)家族史的健康子女血浆中内皮素1(ET-1)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、肾上腺髓质素(ADM)、一氧化氮(NO)水平变化,探讨其与冠心病发生、发展的相关性。方法随机选择来我院体检中心查体、具有PCAD家族史的健康者为研究组,其中父母一方有PCAD病史25例为单亲组,父母双方均有PCAD病史25例为双亲组;以父母均无PCAD病史25例健康者为对照组。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其血浆ET-1、AngⅡ、ADM、NO水平。结果研究组血浆中ET-1、AngⅡ、ADM水平均高于对照组,其中双亲组水平又高于单亲组,差异均有显著性(F=28.58~54.65,P〈0.05)。研究组血浆中NO水平均低于对照组,双亲组又低于单亲组,差异均有显著性(F=19.51,P〈0.05)。结论受遗传因素的影响,具有PCAD家族史的健康子女体内血管活性因子发生紊乱,增加了其患冠心病的风险。 Objective To investigate the changes of plasma levels of ET-1, Ang Ⅱ , ADM and NO in healthy children with a family history of premature coronary artery disease (PCAD), and their correlation. Methods The objects of this study were selected in random from people who came to our hospital for routine medical examination, the healthy individuals with a fami- ly history of PCAD were included in the experimental group 25 healthy cases of one of their parents had a history of PCAD were classified as parent group (group A), and 25 of those with the past history of both of their parents were served as parents group (group B), 25 witkout a family history of PCAD served as control group. The plasma levels of ET-1, Ang Ⅱ , ADM and NO were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay (ELISA) in each group. Results The plasma levels of ET-1, Ang Ⅱ and ADM were significantly higher in groups A and B than that in the control group, and that in group A was lower than group B, the differences were significant (F=28.58-54.65,P〈0.05). The plasma level of NO in the experimental group was lower than in the control group, that in the parents group was lower than the parent group (F = 19.51 ,P〈0.05). Conclusion Due to the effect of heredity, vasoactive factors disorder in the healthy offspring with a family history of PCAD may increase the risk of suffering from coronary heart disease.
