内镜下不同疗法对非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果

NON-VARICEAL UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL BLEEDING:A COMPARATION AMONG DIFFERENT ENDOSCOPIC TERAPIES

目的比较内镜下单纯治疗和联合治疗对非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的效果。方法回顾性分析136例经内镜下治疗的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血病人的临床资料,按治疗方法分为注射组、电凝组、钛夹组、氩气组及联合组5组,比较5组疗效。结果注射组、电凝组、钛夹组、氩气组及联合组即时止血率分别92.9%、91.2%、96.0%、100.0%、100.0%,各组比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;联合治疗组72h止血率高于各单纯治疗组,差异有显著性（χ2=3.864~5.624,P〈0.05）。结论内镜下联合治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血72h止血效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the efficacy between simple endoscopic therapy and combined therapy of nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding（NVUGIB）. Methods The clinical data of 136 patients with NVUGIB were retrospectively reviewed.According to different methods of treatment,they were divided into five groups as follows：injection group,coagulation group,titanium clip group,argon group and combination group.The efficacy was compared among the five groups. ResultsThe immediate hemostasis rate in injection group,coagulation group,titanium clip group,argon group and combination group was92.9%,91.2%,96.0%,100.0%,and 100.0%,respectively.The differences among each group were not significant（P〉0.05）.72 hhemostasis rate was higher in the combination group than the other four groups（χ2=3.864-5.624,P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe success rate of 72-hour hemostasis is higher in endoscopic combined therapy for nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding versus the other simple therapy groups.
