农村与城镇户口护理专业学生对肺结核病知信行比较

COMPARISION OF KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDE AND PRACTICE OF TUBERCULOSIS BETWEEN RURAL AND URBAN NUR-SING STUDENTS

目的通过农村和城镇户口护理专业学生对肺结核病知信行的比较,为学校针对不同户籍来源的学生开展肺结核病的健康教育工作提供依据。方法以某职业技术学院全部在校的护理专业学生1 759人作为研究对象,采用经过效度和信度检验的肺结核病知信行调查表进行自填式问卷调查。结果城镇学生对"肺结核病传播途径"、"治疗结核病的方法"的知晓率比农村学生高(χ2=6.999、20.034,P<0.05);"愿意接受结核病的有关检查"和"愿将结核病知识介绍给别人"的正答率则是城镇学生比农村学生低(χ2=4.311、11.018,P<0.05);在"冬季有意识开窗通风换气"、"学习规律情况"方面,农村学生比城镇学生做得好(χ2=14.512、8.165,P<0.05)。结论农村学生对肺结核病的认知情况比城镇学生差,但城镇学生在对结核病态度与行为方面比农村学生差,因此应结合不同生源地学生的特点,有针对性地进行肺结核病的宣传教育。

Objective To compare the knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP）of tuberculosis（TB）between nurse students of rural and urban residence,and provide reference for schools to develop health education on TB targeting students from different census sources. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 1 759 nursing students of a vocational and technical college regarding their KAP on pulmonary tuberculosis. Results The awareness rate of urban students＂on route of transmission of pulmonary tuberculosis＂and＂therapy of tuberculosis＂was higher in urban students than those came from rural area（χ2=6.999,20.034;P〈0.05）.The correct answer rate on＂accept examination regarding tuberculosis＂and＂would like to introduce the knowledge of TB to someone＂was lower in urban students（χ2=4.311,11.018;P〈0.05）.The practice was better in the rural students than the urban students as regards＂consciously open the window for ventilation in winter＂and ＂learning rules＂（χ2=14.512,8.165;P 0.05）. Conclusion The awareness of urban students on pulmonary tuberculosis is better than rural students,but they are poorer in regard to attitude and behavior of tuberculosis.It is,therefore,needed to combine the features of students coming from different areas to carry out a targeting publicity and education on pulmonary tuberculosis.
