并联双噻吩化合物的合成研究进展

摘要 自从并联双噻吩环化合物在1886年被首次发现,该类化合物一直受到高度重视和广泛关注。作为一种重要的有机合成中间体,其在医药化工、材料化学及生物医学等领域应用尤为突出。重点从结构分类讲述其同分异构体的合成方法及应用研究进展,以期为未来研究者对该类化合物及其衍生物的合成研究提供有价值的参考。 Since parallel bithiophene compounds were first discovered in 1886,these compounds have received serious attention and broad concerns. As an important intermediate in organic synthesis,its application is prominent in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry,material chemistry and biomedicine. This work summarized the progress in synthetic method of isomers and application to provide a valuable reference for the future synthetic studies on those compounds and intermediate derivatives.
