摘要 以2,4-二硝基甲苯、多聚甲醛为起始原料首先合成2,4-二硝基苯乙醇,然后经过还原、环合、脱氢3步合成标题化合物。考察了投料比的影响,得到了适宜的工艺条件,n(2,6-二硝基甲苯)∶n(多聚甲醛)∶n(叔丁醇钾)=1∶1.2∶0.16,n(2,6-二硝基苯乙醇)∶n(85%水合肼)=1∶5,Pd/C催化剂为2 g。该反应路线操作简便,工艺路线可行。4步总收率达39.6%,产物经过熔点、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR等表征确证。 In order to explore the simple synthesis route of 4-hydroxyindole. 2,6-Dinitrophenylethanol was synthesized by 2,4-dinitrotoluene and formaldehyde as raw material,and then after reduction,cyclization,reduction of four step synthesis of the target product. Factors influencing the reaction yield were investigated,such as feed ratio. The optimum technical conditions: n( 2,6-dinitrotoluene) ∶ n( polyoxymethylene) ∶ n( potassium tert-butoxide) = 1 ∶ 1. 2 ∶ 0. 16,n( 2,6-dinitrophenylethanol) ∶ n( 85% hydrazine hydrate) = 1∶ 5 and Pd / C catalyst is 2 g. The reaction route is simple,feasible process routes. After the four step reaction,the total yield was 39. 6%,the product were confirmed via the melting point,IR,1HNMR,13 CNMR.
