工艺条件对发泡不饱和聚酯树脂密度和压缩强度的影响

摘要 通过调整成型温度、凝胶时间、固化时间和成型压力来确定发泡UPR材料最佳的成型工艺,探讨成型温度、凝胶时间、固化时间和成型压力四因素对发泡UPR材料综合性能的影响,实验结果表明:凝胶时间对低密度UPR的表观密度和压缩强度影响最大,固化时间对低密度UPR材料固化度的影响最大。实验最佳工艺参数为:成型温度为180℃、UPR胶液的凝胶时间为180s、固化时间为20min以及成型压力为1.0 MPa,制得的低密度UPR材料性能最佳。 In this paper, we determined the best foaming process of the UPR material by adjusting the molding temperature, gel time, curing time, molding temperature, and discussed the influence of the four factors including the foaming temperature, the gel time, the curing time, and the foam molding pressure on the comprehensive property of the foaming UPR material. The experimental results showed that the gel time has the greatest effect on the apparent density and compression strength of the low density of the UPR, curing time has the greatest effect on the curing degree of the low density of the UPR materials. The optimum process parameters were as show below: molding temperature is 180 ~E, gel time of the UPR liquid is 180 s, curing time for 20 min, and last the molding pressure of 1.0 MPa, the performance of the low density of UPR material made in those conditions is best.
