摘要 建立适合水溶性食品用香精中17种塑化剂的检测方法。以GB/T 21911-2008《食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》为主要参考依据,使用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定青苹果味食品用香精中17种邻苯二甲酸酯含量。在0.50~8.00mg/L标准曲线范围内线性良好,加标回收率平均值为84.54%~111.40%,RSD为1.84%~5.77%。该方法简便快速、准确度高,完全适合于水溶性食品用香精中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质检测。 To establish a gas chromatography -mass spectrometry method for detection of 17 phthalate acid esters in eeladon apple flavor food flavoring essences. With GB/T 21911 - 2008 "Detetvaination of phthalate acid esters in food" as the main reference, determination of 17 phthalate acid esters in celadon apple flavor food flavoring essences by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. In a range of O. 50 - 8.00rag/L, it had a good linear relationship. The average recovery rate was 84. 54% ~ 111.40% and RSD was 1.84% ~ 5, 77%. The method is simple and rapid, accurate, completely suitable for use in determination of 17 phthalate acid esters in water soluble food flavoring essences.
