Harmonious teacher - student relationship plays an important role in the teaching process, and directly affects the teaching result. This paper discussed the problem of teacher - student relationship in college and methods of establishing harmonious teacher - student relationship. Taking course teaching of college organic chemistry as an example, it has been proved that harmonious teacher- student relationship had a remarkable effect on college course teaching.
