摘要
根据食物成瘾性研究,致瘾性食物环境与情绪压力是饮食偏嗜形成的外在与内在原因,相关神经生物学与心理学机制和可衡量的临床表现亦使之具备了完整的疾病内涵。饮食偏嗜是重要的中医病因概念之一,其病以肝郁为主、累及脾肾;具体病机规律为病生于肝、情志内伤,其伤在脾、热浊痰瘀,日久及肾、耗损元神;中医药干预尤其是传统体育与养生指导方法对调节饮食行为、纠正偏嗜具有显著作用。这一认识为建立我国饮食行为干预临床评价体系奠定了基础,也为中医药系统治疗营养代谢类疾病提供了新的视角。

This understanding lays a foundation for establishing the clinical evaluation system on food behavior intervention in China, and provides a new perspective in treating nutritional metabolic diseases with Chinese medicine methods.
