何氏益母生化汤治疗稽留流产患者60例疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Heshi Yimu Shenghua Tang (何氏益母生化汤) in the Treatment of 60 Patients with Missed Abortion

目的观察何氏益母生化汤治疗稽留流产的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择稽留流产患者60例为治疗组,同时段行药物流产术的稽留流产患者30例为对照组。对照组前3天早晚各口服米非司酮片25 mg,于第3天清晨空腹来院在医务人员的监护下服用米索前列醇片1.8 mg,然后住院观察6 h。治疗组给予何氏益母生化汤,每日1剂,早晚各1次,共给药5天。两组服药期间如出现活动性出血,超过月经量即行清宫术。观察两组流产情况及不良反应,治疗后观察两组阴道流血时间和月经恢复天数。结果治疗组流产疗效总有效率为100%,对照组为93.3%,两组流产疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组阴道出血时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组月经恢复天数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组用药期间均有不同程度的乏力;对照组3例患者出现恶心。结论何氏益母生化汤治疗稽留流产疗效确切,可明显缩短阴道出血时间,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Heshi Yimu Shenghua Tang in the treatment ot missed abortion. Methods Treatment group consisted of 60 patients of missed abortion. Another 30 patients just after medical abortion at the time were selected as the control group. Control group was given 25 mg of mifepristone in both morning and evening for 3 days, 150 mg in total. On the third day morning, patients in control group came to the hospital with an empty stomach, took 0. 6 mg of misoprostol under monitoring of medical staff, and were hospitalized and observed for 6 hours. Treatment group was given Heshi Yimu Shenghua Tang half dose in both morning and eveningfor 5 days. During medication, if active bleeding of patients was beyond the menstrual amount, they had to receive uterine curettage. Abortion conditions and side effects in both groups were observed. Vaginal bleeding time and days for menstruation recovery after treatment in two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate of abortion was 100% in treatment group and 93.3% in control group, with no significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Vaginal bleeding time in treatment group was much less than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference in days for menstruation recovery between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Patients in both groups felt weak in different degrees during medication. Three patients in control group got nausea. Conclusion Heshi Yimu Shenghua Tang shows definite therapeutic effect on missed abortion. It could decrease vaginal bleeding time obviously with no significant side effect.
