摘要
为控制VOCs排放,降低PM2.5,基于纺织行业定型机排放废气的特点,定型机有机废气处理技术上集成型物理净化工艺已经逐步取代了传统单一的过滤、冷凝、喷淋洗涤和静电尾气净化工艺。通过对集成型物理净化工艺在实际定型机上的应用,研究集成型物理净化设备的运行情况及设备性能。提出该设备产生的良好经济效益和环境效益,通过实践归纳运行中经常出现的故障、分析故障原因、提出解决方案,以便达到提高集成型物理净化设备运行稳定性的目的。
To control VOCs emissions and decrease PM2.5, based on the characteristics of exhaust-gas from setting machines, the integrated physical purification technology for organic waste gas of setting machines has gradually replaced the traditional single filtration, condensation, spray scrubber and electrostatic exhaust gas purification process. The integrated physical purification operation and equipment performance were researched through the application of the integrated physical purification process on practical setting machines. Good economic and environmental benefits produced by the equipment were proposed. The trouble frequently appeared in operation was concluded via practice. The failure cause was then analyzed and the solution was also put forward in order to improve the operation stability of the integrated physical purifying equipment.
