纤维阶段测试评价PTT/PET织物弹性的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究纤维阶段测试织物弹性的可行性,选用不同厂家生产的3种规格相近的PTT(聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇脂)/PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)自卷曲长丝,通过试制针织物和机织物证明3种长丝弹性存在明显差异.采用正交实验法设计了纤维的9种干热处理条件,长丝经干热处理后测试其弹性.数据分析证明,在100℃干热环境下施加0.02cN/tex的预加张力处理8min以后,所测试的长丝弹性伸长率与织物弹性伸长率的相关系数高达0.996,完全可以表示纤维对织物弹性伸长率的贡献,该试样预处理条件比其他3个相对有效的处理条件更容易控制,可用于该类长丝的弹性测试.分析了不同预处理条件对纤维弹性的影响,确定了能够产生最大弹性的PTT/PET纤维热处理条件:干热处理温度为100~120℃,预加张力为0.01cN/tex,处理时间为5~8min. To explore the feasibility of the elastic test in fiber phase, three kinds of PTT (polytrimethylene terephthalate)/PET (polyethylene terephthalate) self-crimp filament with similar specifications were selected, and the elasticity of these three kinds of filament was proved to have obvious difference. Nine kinds of dry heat treatment conditions were designed according to orthogonal test. The elastic tests were proceeding after dry heat treatment. The analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of the fabric extension and filament elastic elongation was up to 0. 996, which gained by elastic test after 8 minute dry heat treatment in the temperature of 100 ℃ and under 0.02 cN/tex pretension. The high correlation coefficient indicated that fiber had a greater contribution in fabric elasticity after dry heat treatment under this condition which was controlled more easily than other three ones, therefore, this condition can be used as the standard one in the filament elastic test. The analysis of the effect of different pretreatment conditions on the fiber elasticity indicated that PTT/PET filament had the maximum flexibility under the following condition: dry heat temperature of 100- 120℃, pretension 0.01 cN/tex, treatment time 5-8 min.
