摘要
研究了偏高岭土基改性剂(MF)对混凝土力学性能、抗氯离子渗透性、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性、抗酸腐蚀性的影响,并通过光学显微分析和SEM分析,研究了其对混凝土结构的影响.结果表明,偏高岭土基改性剂掺量为4%~16%时,可以大幅提高混凝土的抗压强度和抗渗压力,并能显著改善混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能和抗酸腐蚀性,适宜应用于地下工程.
This paper studied the influence of Metakaolin-based additive(MF) on mechanical strength and ability of resist tran- sit of Cl-,resist sulphate corrosion,resist sour liquid corrosion of concrete. Besides,optical microscope and SEM analysis were used to investigate its affect on the microcosmic structure. The results show that when adding 4%-16% of MF, compressive strength and impermeability pressure of conerete have been improved significantly,and ability of resist transit of Cl-,sulphate corrosion,sour liq- uid corrosion have also been improved remarkably. It is suit for underground construction.
