摘要
研究了蛋白类石膏缓凝剂对不同脱硫石膏性能的影响。结果表明,相同掺量的蛋白类缓凝剂在脱硫石膏A中的螯合钙离子性能最好、水化放热峰值出现最晚、缓凝效果最明显,即该缓凝剂与脱硫石膏A适应性最好。结果还表明,掺入缓凝剂后试验的3种脱硫石膏水化温度峰值出现时间与凝结时间结果相一致。
The effect of protein-type retarder on the different desulfurized gypsum was researched. The experimental results show that the ability to chelate calcium ions of the same content of the retarder in the desulfufizaiion gypsum A was strongest,the hydration exothermic peak appeared latest,retarding effect was the most obvious,i.e, the retarder has the best adaptation with the desulfurized gypsum A. In addition,the results also indicate that hydration temperature peak time and setting time of incorporation of the same amount of retarder are consistent in three kinds of desulfurization gypsum.
