摘要
研究了几种有机硅预防性养护材料(SPM)的分子结构与其关键性能之间的构效关系,并利用扫描电镜观测了其在混合料表面的成膜效果。通过渗水实验、TSR、肯塔堡飞散实验研究了SPM处治后对混合料路用性能的改善效果。实验结果表明,SPM固化成膜后可以赋予沥青混合料良好的防水性能,并且可以在水损害和有机溶剂侵蚀的条件下起到松散抑制效果。然而,抗滑摆值和构造深度实验表明,对于SMA和AC等空隙率较小的混合料,SPM使用后会使其抗滑性能降低10%左右。
This paper investigated the structure-activitity relationship between molecular structures and key performances of SPM,and then the film-forming effect was observed through scanning electron microscope. Pavement performances of asphalt mix- ture after SPM treatment was evaluated through infiltration test,TSR and Cantabro loss test. Test results indicate that SPM could give asphalt mixture good waterproof performance,and inhibit ravelling under both moisture damage and organic solvent conditions. However, anti sliding test and texture depth test results show that SPM would reduce the skidding resistance of asphalt pavement by 10% for dense mixtures including SMA and AC.
