摘要
秸秆压缩成捆的草砖可以作为一种生态化的传统建筑材料,其节能性优越,生产工艺和施工方法简单,是解决秸秆处理难题、促进农村建筑生态化发展的可行途径。通过沂蒙山区大岭村玉米秸秆草砖房的建设实践,总结玉米秸秆草砖房在华北地区的适宜性建造技术,同时,将其造价与传统住宅进行比较,并对其外墙温度与传统住宅进行测试比较分析。以期通过理论分析结合工程实例探索出一条适合农村住宅建设的道路,使玉米秸秆草砖房得以在更多地区推广应用。
As an ecological conventional materials,compressed straw-bale has a very good energy saving performance, in addi- tion,it's production process and method is very simple, so it's a practical way to solve the trouble of straw processing and promote the development of ecological construction of the countryside. This article summed up the suitable construction technology of corn straw-bale building in the area of North China with construction practice of corn straw-bale building in Daling village of Yimeng mountainous area. The results of cost analysis and wall temperature test of corn straw-bale building are compared with the tradi- tional residential building. The author wishes to explore a way which is suitable for rural residential construction by theoretical analysis and engineering practice on corn straw-bale building,and it will be used in more area.
