Expression of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 and proliferation cell nuclear antigen in breast cancer tissue

摘要 目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中成纤维细胞生长因子受体1(FGFR1)的表达和细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)指数与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性.方法 收集203例女性乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料,采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测203例乳腺癌组织石蜡标本中FGFR1的表达和Ki-67指数,分析FGFR1和Ki-67与临床病理特征的关系及两者的相关性.结果 FGFR1在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为36.94% (75/203),其阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移与否(52.44%比26.45%)和病理组织学分级(Ⅰ级0%,Ⅱ级31.19%,Ⅲ级56.16%)有关,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);203例乳腺癌组织中Ki-67指数为0.8% ~ 97.0%,平均为30.54%,与患者年龄、腋窝淋巴结转移与否、组织学分级有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,组织学分级是影响FGFR1阳性表达和Ki-67指数的最主要因素(P<0.05).乳腺癌中FGFR1阳性表达和Ki-67指数呈正相关(r=0.463,P<0.05).结论 FGFR1阳性表达和Ki-67指数与乳腺癌局部淋巴结转移与否、组织学分级均有关,且两者呈正相关. Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression level of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR1),proliferation cell nuclear antigen (Ki-67) and clinicopathological features in breast cancer tissue.Methods Clinicopathologic data of 203 patients with breast cancer treated in the First Mfiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Apr.to Oct.2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical techniques were adopted to detect the expression of FGFR1 and Ki-67.The correlation of FGFR1 and Ki-67 expression with the clinicopathological features in the breast cancer tissue was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of FGFR1 in breast cancer tissues was 36.94% (75/203).The expression of FGFR1 was positively related to the lymph nodes status (52.44% vs.26.45%) and histological grade (0 for grade Ⅰ,31.19% for grade Ⅱ,and 56.16% for grade Ⅲ) (P 〈0.05).Among the 203 cases,the mean value of Ki-67 index was 30.54% (0.8% to 97.0%),and correlated with age,lymph nodes status and histological grade (P 〈 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the histological grade of breast cancer tissues was the main factor impacting the expression of FGFR1 and Ki-67 (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Our results suggested that the expression of FGFR1 and Ki-67 have a close correlation with lymph nodes status and histological grade.The expression of FGFR1 was positively related to Ki-67 in breast cancer tissues.
