烟酸对兔骨性关节炎骨桥蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

Effect of nicotinic acid on expression of osteopontin in rabbit of knee osteoarthritis

摘要 目的 检测兔骨性关节炎的膝关节滑液中以及软骨下骨中骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达,探讨烟酸对骨桥蛋白表达的影响.方法 取新西兰大白兔采用改良Hulth法建立兔膝骨性关节炎模型,治疗组(12只)采用200 mg/(kg·d)烟酸的提取药物灌胃,对照组(12只)采取普通饮食喂养作为对照组.实验前后取关节骨组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测关节骨组织中OPN的含量.结果 与对照组[(2 390.29±291.31) ng/L]比较,烟酸组OPN含量[(2 140.19±211.19) ng/L]显著降低.两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 烟酸能够有效降低OPN含量,具有促进骨关节炎的修复的作用. Objective To investigate effect of nicotinic acid on expression of osteopontin in rabbit of knee osteoarthritis by detect the expression of osteopontin (OPN) in the rabbit' s synovial fluid and endochondral bone.Methods New Zealand Rabbits were made into knee osteoarthritis by improvement Hulth,12 of treatment group were supplemented with niacin by using stomach tube [200 mg/(kg·d)],12of the control group were supplemented with ordinary diet.Endochondral bone were taken out before and after the experiment,and detect the content of OPN by immunocytochemistry.Results Compared with the control group [(2 390.29 ± 291.31) ng/L],the expression of OPN of niacin group [(2 140.19 ± 211.19) ng/L] decrease obviously,there were statistical differences between the control group and the niacin group (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Nicotinic acid can helps repair osteoarthritis by effectively lowered the content of OPN.
