静脉输液合理应用认知及行为影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of cognition and behavior about using intravenous infusion

目的调查输液安全合理使用认知和行为情况,分析影响认知和行为的相关因素。方法随机抽取兰州军区东片部队528名官兵,进行问卷调查获取资料,用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析方法,对影响官兵注射剂安全合理使用认知和行为的相关因素进行分析。结果官兵的现役状态、单位性质、居住地及月收入与认知相关;职称、单位性质与行为相关;多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,居住地是认知的影响因素,单位性质是行为的影响因素。结论静脉输液安全合理使用相关知识的认知和行为与官兵所处公共环境和社会影响因素相关,提示公共医疗环境和医疗质量对官兵的认知和行为影响的重要性。

Objective To investigate the cognition and behavior about the use of injection safety, to analyze the related factors influencing the cognition and behavior. Methods By using cluster sampling method,a total of 528 soldiers were randomly selected to obtain information. The results were analyzed by statical description and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The active state, the nature of unit, residence and income were related to cognition; the title, and the nature of unit were related to behavior. Conclusions The public medical environment and medical quality are major factors to influence the cognition and behavior.
