调血脂药用药情况分析

Analysis of blood lipid regulating drugs application of a hospital

目的分析我院调脂药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供理论支持。方法对医院2011-2013年度常用调脂类药物的用药频度、销售金额等情况利用分析软件进行分析。结果用药频度及金额排序居前的是阿托伐他汀、辛伐他汀,该院3年来他汀类降血脂药的销售金额、使用率呈逐年上升趋势,其中阿托伐他汀持续3年占他汀类降血脂药构成比的40%以上。结论他汀类药物占调脂治疗的主导地位,我院调血脂药物使用较平稳。

Objective To investigate the utilization of anti‐lipemic agents in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational use .Method The use of anti‐lipemic agents in 2011‐2013 was analyzed and arranged in column order statistically in terms of drug varieties ,consumption and DDDs .Results Atorvastatin and simvastatin were located in the front row of the sequence of DDDs as well as amount of money .The consumption sum and the rate of patients using statins showed an upward trend ,with atorvastatin accounting for over 40% of all the statins anti‐lipemic agents used over the three consecutive years .Conclusion The statins are the dominant drugs in the treatment for hyperlipoidemia .The usage of blood lipid regulating drugs in our hospital was stable .
