创伤性脑损伤 被引量：15

摘要 创伤性脑损伤（traumatic brain injury,TBI）是一种平时和战时均十分常见的损伤.据估计,全球每年约有1千万TBI患者[1].在美国平民中,每年约有170万TBI患者到医院急诊室就医[2].战时,由于枪弹、炸弹等爆炸性武器的应用,使得参战人员常发生脑损伤.开放性损伤易于辨认,闭合性损伤（特别是轻伤）则一时难以确定.离开战场一段时间,一些症状逐渐显露出来,给个人工作和生活造成不同程度的影响.
