摘要
本文根据数字时代的用户信息能力,分成"数字先驱"、"数字追随"和"传统用户"三个用户类型,并依据这三个不同群体的特性探讨图书馆提供个性化的创新服务。对于数字先驱族,图书馆可提供足够的空间和与时俱进的技术展示,通过新型服务来吸引他们参与图书馆资源的利用;对于数字追随族,图书馆应以改善用户体验为宗旨,提供生活化、信息化以及便捷化的服务;对于传统用户族,图书馆可通过包容性设计来减轻落后用户的使用困难,这不仅仅是新技术的应用,也是道德层面应作出的尝试。通过用户类型提供图书馆资源利用的服务,可以最大程度地保障不同文化水平和技术能力的用户都拥有平等的获取知识的机会。
Users in a library can be categorized into three groups, digital pioneers, digital followers and traditional users. We concluded that personalized and innovative services should be provided according to the users' digital ability. For digital pioneers, we could provide a fashionable space displaying new technologies. For digital followers, we should try improving their user experience and offer more lifeoriented information. For traditional users, inclusive design to reduce their difficulty in using technology use should be considered the focus of efforts. Providing services according to attributes of different reader groups could maximize the equality among people with different technology skills and literary levels to acquire knowledge.
