摘要
以冲压线用大型Y形圈为分析对象,基于Ansys有限元软件的概率设计系统(PDS)模块,以密封件的主要尺寸、介质压力、摩擦因数作为随机输入变量,以最大接触压力和最大剪切应力作为响应量,计算出响应量的概率分布,通过应力强度干涉模型算出密封件可靠度和灵敏度,验证了密封圈的可靠性,同时找出了可靠性较敏感的主要参数。灵敏度分析结果中发现,Y形密封圈唇开口宽度、唇口长度和摩擦因数对密封圈的最大接触压力影响比较大,唇口长度对密封圈最大剪切应力的影响很大,在设计和生产时应注意这些参数的控制。
Large size of Y-seal using in the pressing line was taken as a research object. Based on Ansys finite element software of probability design system (PDS) module, with the main size of sealing components, gas pressure and friction coefficient as random input variables and the maximum contact pressure and the maximum shear stress as response value, the probability distribution of response value was calculated. The reliability and sensitivity of the sealing components were calculated through the interference model of stress intensity. The reliability of the seal ring was verified, and the main pa- rameters that are quite sensitive to reliability were determined. The analysis results of sensitivity show that the maximum contact pressure is obviously influenced by the seal lip opening width, seal lip length and the friction coefficient. The im- pact of seal lip length on the maximum shear stress is very obvious, therefore, particular attention should be paid to control of these parameters during designing and manufacturing.
