摘要 搭建一种气体轴承试验台,介绍试验台的测试系统、相应的元器件以及主要传感器的安装布置。采用该试验台对一种径向和止推气体轴承性能进行测试。测试结果表明:该试验台可测量径向和止推轴承的内部气膜压力分布、承载力、刚度、振动信号,且测试结果文献数据具有较好的一致性。 A gas bearing test bench was established, and the test system and related components,the installation of the main sensor were introduced.The test bench was used for the performance test of a radial bearing and a thrust bearing.The test result shows that test bench can be used to measure the internal pressure distribution, the radial and axial capacity and stiffness, the radial and axial vibration, and the test results well agree with the literature data.
