摘要
针对传统旋转接头工作转速低、适应工况范围小,且在高压力下,密封装置易被腐蚀、密封不可靠、使用寿命短等缺陷,对其整体结构进行重新设计。设计的旋转接头结构采用组合密封结构,保证旋转接头结构能在高压力、高转速的工况下平稳运行;将O型密封圈设计在接头最前端,防止介质与轴承等零件接触造成的腐蚀;采用自润滑滑动轴承与平面滚动轴承相结合的方式,解决零件因受摩擦力和受压后推力产生的卡涩现象;采用PTFE密封材料,延长旋转接头的使用寿命。
Aimed at the defects of traditional rotary joint such that working speed is low and working range is small, sealing device is easy to be corroded and has short service life at high pressure, the overall structure of the rotary joint was redesigned. The designed rotary joint adopted combined seal structure to ensure the rotary joint structure running smoothly at high pressure and high speed. The O-ring was designed in the most front of rotary joint to prevent corrosion caused by the medium in contact with the bearing parts. The combination structure of self-lubricating sliding bearings and plane rolling bearings was used to ensure the smooth running of sealing component at high speed. The sealing material of PTFE was used to extend the service life of rotary joints.
