摘要
为满足修井和带压作业用防喷器需密封多种规格钻具,频繁更换胶芯以及过油管和油管接箍的要求,研制快卸式筒形防喷器。该防喷器采用锁块式连接,内外复合胶芯结构。应用非线性有限元方法,分析胶芯的密封性能以及胶芯接触压力与液控压力和胶芯厚度的关系。试验测试和现场应用表明,该防喷器具有体积小、开关迅速、液压流量小、更换胶芯方便快捷、密封范围大、密封安全可靠的优点,具有广泛的市场应用前景。
A fast assembling and disassembling sleeve blowout preventer was developed, which can satisfy the requirments of sealing mutiple pipes, changing the packers frequently and through-tube and tube clamp.The connection configuration of locking segment and mutiple packers are adopted in the sleeve blowout preventer.Based on finite element analysis method, the sealing properties of packers as well as the effects of oil pressure and packer thickness on contact pressure were analyzed.The results of the test and the application in field show that the developed sleeve blowout preventer has the advantages with small size, fast opening and closing, a little hydraulic flow, fast changing packers, large range of sealing, high security and reliability.
