摘要
为解决当前玉米自选系种质类群混乱,组配效率低下等问题,选用70对SSR引物分析了96份甘肃当地玉米自交系的遗传多样性.结果表明:70对SSR引物共检测到223个等位片段,每对引物可以稳定检测到2~5个等位片段,平均每对检测到3.61个等位片段.多态性信息量变化范围在0.153~0.787之间,平均0.60.遗传相似系数范围在0.497~0.919之间,平均0.640.采用UPGMA聚类分析法96份玉米自交系可划分为6个杂种优势群,合并为SS和NSS 2大种质类群.
With the aim to solve the problem that the own-produced inbred lines in most breeding units commonly have low breeding efficiency for their confused genetic basis.In this study,70 SSR markers,which are uniformly existed in maize genome,were used to analyze the genetic diversity in a set of 96 maize inbred lines.The results showed that 70 primers produced 223 polymorphic amplified fragments,the average allele number per SSR locus was 3.61 with a range from 2to 5.The polymorphism information content(PIC)for the SSR loci varied from0.153 to 0.787 with an average of 0.60.Genetic similarities among the96 inbred lines ranged from 0.497 to 0.919 with an average of 0.640.The 96 maize inbred lines were divided into six heterotic groups,and could be simply merged into two groups(SS and Non-SS)by UPGMA.
