绿肥与化肥配施对日光温室土壤养分、微生物及芹菜产量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了探讨高丹草绿肥翻压及化肥配施对日光温室土壤改良培肥的生物机制.通过大田试验研究了高丹草绿肥翻压及化肥配施对日光温室土壤养分含量、微生物活性、芹菜产量的影响.结果表明:高丹草绿肥与化肥配施在一定程度上降低了土壤的pH值、显著提高了土壤全氮、碱解氮和速效磷的含量;高丹草绿肥与化肥配施显著增加了芹菜产量、土壤总菌数、细菌和放线菌的数量以及细菌数量与真菌数量比值(B/F),减少了真菌的数量和比例.其中以高丹草翻压量为3.75t/hm2时,配施80%比例化肥(氮肥、磷肥和钾肥分别为24 kg/667m2、12kg/667m2、24kg/667m2)对土壤微生物数量和产量的增加、土壤养分转化和循环的改善和土壤肥力改善等综合方面效果较好. To explore the biological mechanisms on soil in facilities soil under the sorghum green manure and fertilizer reduction,the study was carried out field trials with the effects of the soil nutrient content,microbial activity,celery yield and fertilizer use efficiency on raw clay soil in trough greenhouse under sorghum green manure and fertilizer reduction.The results indicated that the sorghum green manure and fertilizer reduction reduced the soil pH and significantly increased soil organic matter,total nitrogen and available phosphorus content to some extent.The sorghum green manure and fertilizer reduction significantly increased celery yield,soil total bacteria,actinomycetes bacteria and the number of bacteria and fungi and bacteria ratio(B/F),reduced the number and proportion of fungi,improved fertilizer contribution rate and fertilizer agronomic efficiency.It was better on soil microbial quantity and production increases,soil nutri-ent transformation and circulation improvement,soil fertility and fertilize in the amount of green manure was at 3.75t/hm^2,with 80% proportion of fertilizer.
