摘要
为获得马铃薯炭疽病菌的生防放线菌,从马铃薯种植地健康植株的根围土壤中分离筛选放线菌.结果表明,采用平板对峙法筛选得到1株编号为DX23的拮抗菌,其拮抗作用表现为:培养72h后,平均抑菌圈直径为25.7mm.根据形态学特征、生理生化特性和16SrDNA序列对比分析,将该菌株初步鉴定为链霉菌属的栗褐色类群Streptomyces badius.
In order to obtain actinomyces strains strongly antagonistic to Colletotrichum coccodes of potato,the actinomyces were isolated from rhizospheric soil of healthy potato plant.The results showed that one strain coded as DX23 was screened out by confronting incubation on PDA plates.The average antibacterial circle diameter was up to 25.7mm after 72 hof cultivation.According to the morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,combining 16 SrDNA sequence analysis,the strain was identified as Streptomyces badius.
