子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发情况及相关危险因素分析

Analysis of Postoperative Recurrence and Related Risk Factors of Uterine Myoma after Myomectomy

目的:研究子宫肌瘤剔除术的术后复发情况,探讨其相关危险因素。方法:将在我院妇科行子宫肌瘤剔除术的288例患者作为研究对象,记录患者的基本信息、术中子宫肌瘤数目、类型、大小等特征,随访术后子宫肌瘤复发及妊娠情况,分析患者术后复发的相关因素。结果:术后随访3年,术后总复发率为26.74%,其中单发肌瘤复发率显著低于多发肌瘤的复发率(P<0.05);分析显示,年龄、肌瘤大小、肌瘤数目是复发的相关危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、肌瘤大小及肌瘤数目是子宫肌瘤剔除术后复发的危险因素,对子宫肌瘤剔除术前进行复发风险评估有益。

Objective：To explore the postoperative recurrence and related risk factors of uterine myoma after myomectomy. Methods ：288 patients underwent myomectomy with uterine myoma in our hospital were enrolled in this work, and the clinical data, includingthe number, type, size of uterine myoma were recorded. The postoperative recurrence, pregnancies and related factors were analyzed. Results： In the 3-year follow-up period, the overall postoperative recurrence rate was 26.74%, and the recurrence rate of single myoma was significantly lower than that of multiple myoma（ P 〈 0. 05）. Multi-factor analysis showed that the age, size and number of myoma were risk factors for recurrence（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ：Age,size and number are risk factors for recurrence of uterine myoma. Assessment these risk factors contribute to the evaluation of the risk of recurrence before myomectomy.
