真菌TLR配体增强TSLP表达及在获得性免疫中作用
摘要
胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)是过敏反应及炎症反应中至关重要的细胞因子。TSLP可以通过TLRs和NF-kB信号通路,建立固有免疫和获得性之间的潜在联系。文中将探讨真菌TLR配体在TSLP表达中的作用,以及TSLP在获得性免疫中所扮演的角色,为抗真菌感染新药的研发提供靶点。
