摘要 国产化学发光分析仪IS1200型是以磁酶免化学发光免疫技术为原理的全自动免疫分析仪,能实现反应杯装载、加样、试剂加注、孵育、清洗、分析等反应过程自动化.由于在不同的实验环境中.仪器的各种性能指标可能出现差异.作者按美国临床和实验室标准化协会（CLSI） EP系列文件[1-3]的要求,对该仪器的HBV血清标志物HBsAg、抗-HBs进行性能验证,并探讨相同及不同方法学不同仪器间检测结果的一致性.
