谈正畸治疗中的正中关系 被引量:3

摘要 近年Roth—Williams理论(RW理论)和技术受到我国正畸医师的广泛关注。RW理论源于20世纪70年代,Roth医师最先将颌学(gnathology)理念引入正畸学界,形成了正畸颌学派。该理论认为正畸治疗不仅要达到验的静止的形态学目标,同时要达到动态的功能验目标。功能验目标中最重要的是髁突位置正确,即诊断设计与治疗结束时髁突在关节凹内处于正中位置,从而达到正中验与正中关系协调一致,咬合、关节、肌肉平衡,这样治疗结果才能稳定。为此正畸颌学派设计出一整套确保正畸患者髁突位置“正中”的临床操作技术。
