计算机辅助设计结合三维打印指导一期修复头颈部肿瘤所致复合缺损 被引量:3

摘要 上颌骨是一个一体三面的立体结构,缺损不仅影响患者的容貌美观,更影响患者吞咽、发音等重要功能。因此在临床工作中,上颌骨的个体化修复一直是头颈肿瘤个体化修复与重建的难点和热点。倘若缺损还同时涉及临近软组织,该复合缺损的修复策略则变的极具挑战性。近年来计算机辅助设计(computer-aided design,CAD)技术及三维(3D)打印机的问世,为制定上颌骨个性化的手术方案和修复策略提供了可能。我院利用上述技术结合游离血管化腓骨肌皮瓣成功一期修复上颌骨、鼻中隔及鼻底复合缺损患者取得成功,疗效满意,报道如下。
