儿童自身免疫性肝炎的诊治

Diagnosis and management of autoimmune hepatitis in children

自身免疫性肝炎是一种以转氨酶升高、血清Ig G升高以及自身抗体阳性为主要表现的肝脏疾病。儿童自身免疫性肝炎更多表现为急性起病,且进展迅速,及时做出正确诊断并给予免疫抑制治疗可以明显改善其临床预后。本文主要对儿童自身免疫性肝炎的诊断及治疗进行简要介绍。

Autoimmune hepatitis （AIH） is a liver disease with an unknown etiology and characterized by elevated levels of transaminase and immunoglobulin G, and positive autoantibodies. AIH is particularly aggressive in children but clinical outcomes can be improved by prompt immunosuppressive therapy. In this paper we will review current knowledge about AIH in children, with focus on the diagnosis and management of AIH.
