儿童保肝药的临床应用——以腺苷蛋氨酸和水飞蓟素为例探讨

Clinical application of hepatoprotective drugs in children(S-adenosyl methionine and silymarin as examples)

在儿科的临床实践中,保肝治疗得到较为广泛的应用。然而,保肝药物应用于临床的有效性和安全性尚不十分清楚。本文以国内外研究较为深入的两种保肝药:腺苷蛋氨酸和水飞蓟素为例,系统地评价了其相关实验室及临床研究的证据,并提出对保肝药物使用的一些反思和建议。

Hepatoprotective drugs are used extensively in pe- diatric clinical practice. However, the efficacy and safety of hepatoprotective drugs remain inconclusive. This review sum- maries the evidence of hepatoprotective drugs from clinical and laboratory studies, using S-Adenosyl methionine and silymarin as examples, and presents the authors＇ reflection and advice.
