面向创新集群的跨系统信息服务融合需求与推进研究

Research on Innovation Clusters-oriented Cross-system Information Services Integration Demand and Promotion

在创新集群的发展演变中,由于各创新主体的创新分工与创新资源优势的不同,导致差异化的信息服务需求。跨系统协同创新导向下的创新服务平台建设在一定程度上适应了集群创新资源共建共享的发展趋势,然而分布式资源与服务依然未得到深入的组织与开发。文章由此提出信息服务融合组织的层次需求结构,并借助基于管道的信息服务融合框架,实现异构资源的获取,继而通过封装功能性微件,推进面向创新集群的跨系统信息服务融合。

In the development of innovation cluster,the innovators have variant information service needs caused by their differences in divisions of innovation and in innovation resource superiority. The construction of innovation service platform, which is oriented by cross - system collaborative innovation, complies with the co - construction and sharing trend of cluster innovation resources to a certain extent. However, the distributed resources and services have not been deeply organized and developed yet. Hence, this paper proposes the hierarchy needs of information service mashup, accesses heterogeneous resources utilizing the pipes framework of information service mashup, and advances the cross - system in- formation service mashup for innovation cluster by encapsulating functional widgets.
