Study on the Construction of Collegians' Credibility Evaluation System——Based on the Perspective of Total Quality Management

高校有责任建立健全有效的学生诚信评价体系。该体系应包括理论模型与实施构建两方面内容,涉及评价标准、评价管理等要素,秉持准确性、持续性、综合性、协调性、教育性的原则,通过全面评价、量化计算的方法,在制度、组织与设施条件等方面的保障下,以多部门配合联动、整体协作的方式进行实施,并坚持自检评估,不断完善,持续改进。

Universities have the responsibility to establish and perfect the evaluation system of collegians＂ credibili- ty. This system should include both theoretieal model and practical construstion, involving with such factors as eval- uation criterion, evaluation management, etc.. It follows the principles of accuracy, continuity, comprehensive- ness, coordination and education, and applies the methods of comprehensive evaluation and quantitative calcula- tion. With the help of the institution, organization and facilities, it＇ s necessary to implement this system in the way of cooperation and coordination with other departments, and adhere to self-evaluation and continuous improvement.
