摘要
文章从作为网络学习之核心和枢纽的网络学习平台入手,以信息系统发展阶段理论和新技术成熟度曲线为基础,揭示其既受信息技术的推动和牵引,更受信息系统发展阶段演化规律的制约。文章提出了网络学习平台发展将经过单项技术应用期、综合技术整合期、使用者的连通期(技术消隐期)、群体智能的涌现期(回归期)这四个时期的进化历程;认为只有到了第三阶段后,网络学习的效果才会显著呈现。
This paper discusses Web-based learning platform in the view of information system growth stage and hyper cycle, proving that its development is promoted by IT, but also limited by IT growth stage. Then a assumption that Web-based learning platform will undergo an evolution consisting of four stages, the application stage of a single technology, integration stage of comprehensive technology, users' connectivity(technical blanking period) and the emergence stage of mass intelligence(returning to real continuous world again) is put forward. When changing into the fourth stage, Web-based learning platform will be organically, seamlessly blended with off-line schools together, and the effect of Web-based learning is present.greatly advance and reform the education.
