摘要
智慧教室资源便利、交互体验友好、视频高清等特点为高校教师教学技能的提高提供了有利条件。该文从智慧教室特点出发,结合学校相关策略,根据高等师范学校教师职业技能等指标,对教师运用智慧教室及策略前后相关教学技能是否提高进行研究。统计显示:智慧教室及相关策略可以提高教师教学技能,但非所有技能;运用智慧教室后青年教师总体教学技能提高效果比中年教师明显,不同学科背景教师间教学技能的提高效果无显著差异。
Smart classroom provides favorable resources, friendly interactive experiences, HD videos to improve the teaching skills of teachers in Colleges and Universities. Based on the features of the smart classroom and the related strategies, this paper investigated the improvement degree of relevant teachers' teching skill after the use of the smart classroom and the trategies according to the evaluation index of teacher professional skills in Normal University. The result displays as follows, smart classroom and related strategies can improve teacher's teaching skills, but not all skills;the improvement of young teachers' teaching skills is more effective than that of middle-aged teachers. There is no significant difference in the improvement of teaching skills between teachers from different backgrounds.
