颈动脉狭窄导致眼缺血疾病研究进展

Research progress of carotid artery stenosis on inducing ocular ischemic diseases

颈动脉狭窄是脑血管意外的重要发病原因之一。眼动脉又是颈内动脉第一主要分支,是眼部供血主要来源。颈内动脉狭窄导致眼动脉长期供血不足会导致缺血性疾病的发生。本文围绕眼缺血疾病的发病机制、对眼部供血造成的影响及检查治疗手段进行综述,从而预防眼缺血性疾病的出现。

Carotid artery stenosis is one of the important factors in the pathogenesis of cerebral vascular accident. The ophthalmic artery is the first major branch of the internal carotid artery as well as the main source of ocular blood supply. The ophthalmic artery blood supply deficiency induced by carotid artery stenosis leads to the occurrence of ischemic diseases. This paper centers on the pathogenesis of ocular ischemic diseases and the influence on eye blood supply and testing methods of internal carotid artery, to achieve the prevention of occurrence of ocular ischemic diseases.
