摘要
介绍了能源管理系统的功能,包括能源动力监控、减少能源管理环节、优化能源管理流程等,从能源管理系统的数据传输结构和网络架构方面叙述了系统的基本结构。详细介绍了能源管理系统在化肥生产节能降耗的实际应用,以燃煤和电力消耗为例展示了能源系统的统计、分析功能。运行结果表明:采用自动化和信息化的能源管理方法能够有效提升企业的能源利用水平,降低能源消耗成本,实现节能减排。
The functions of energy management system are presented including monitoring the energy power, reducing the energymanagement links and optimizing the energy management process. The basic structure of the system is described from the aspects of datatransmission and network architecture. The practical application of the energy management system in the fertilizer production to reduceenergy consumption is expounded, and the functions of statistics and analysis of the system are showed by taking coal and power con-sumption as examples. The operation results show that the energy utilization level of the enterprise is improved efficiently and the energyconsumption is reduced by applying energy management system with automation and informatization, so that the target of energy savingand emission reduction is realized.
