摘要 针对原料劣质化带来的系列问题,以某1.2 Mt/a减压油渣催化裂化装置为例,对装置运行情况进行了分析,找出了装置存在的问题,提出了优化方案和改进措施。通过应用MIP技术、沉降器应用VQS快分技术以及再生器的优化,达到了降低装置能耗、减少沉降器结焦和延长运行周期的目的。以减压渣油为原料实际运行结果表明:与优化前相比,加工能力提高了19.3%,装置能耗降低了8.8%;产品分布发生了很大的变化,汽油和液态烃收率均得到提高。 Aiming at a series issues induced by crude oil of poor quality, the running status and existing problems in 1.2 Mt/avacuum residue RFCC unit are analyzed, and the optimization scheme and improvement measures are put forward. By utilizing the MIPtechnology, the VQS rapid separation technology of settler, and optimization of regenerator, the purpose to reduce energy consumptionand coke deposit in settler and lengthen the unit operation period is realized. The actual operation results show that the oil processingcapacity of the unit is increasing by 19. 3% ,and the energy consumption is reducing by 8.8% after optimization. The product distribu-tion is changed significantly with increasing both gasoline and liquid hydrogen yield.
