摘要
目的了解百色城区大中院校学生宿舍饮水机供水的细菌污染状况,对水中细菌总数、大肠菌群数及耐热大肠杆菌进行监测。方法随机采集百色城区5所大中院校的宿舍饮水机桶装饮用水水样231份,按GB/17324-2003和GB5749-2006的要求对水样进行培养和检测。结果 231份水样细菌总数平均合格率为72.29%,大肠菌群数的平均合格率为82.25%,耐热大肠杆菌的平均合格率为91.34%;春季和夏季的水样检测中,夏季的合格率较高为85.84%;春季桶装水开启使用第1、第2、第3d合格率较高,分别为90.00%、88.37%、85.71%,夏季桶装水开启使用第1d合格率高达100%。结论百色城区大中院校学生宿舍桶装饮用水的合格率主要受菌落总数和使用天数的影响,应加强对桶装水饮用的卫生意识,确保学校学生的饮水安全,确保学生的身体健康。
Objective To study the bacterial contamination of barreled mineral water upended on water dispenders from Baise college/middle school students'dormitories.The total bacterial number,the coliform bacterial number and thermotoletant coliform bacteria of collected mineral water were monitored. Methods A total of 231 drinking water samples from the dormitory water dispenders were randomly collected from 5 col-leges/middle school students'dormitories in Baise city and then the samples were plated on culture media and detected according to GB/17324-2003 and GB5749-2006 criteria. Results Among the 231 water samples, the average qualified rate of the total baterial reached 72.29%,the average qualified rate of coliform bateria was 82.25%;the thermotoletant coliform bacteria,91.34%.After the water samples during spring and summer were monitored,results revealed that the summer water samples achieved a higher qualification rate of 85.84%than those of the spring samples.The qualification rates of spring water samples in the first three days since starting use were 90.00%,88.37% and 85.71%,respectively,while on the 1st day from beginning use,the summer water sample reached a higher rate up to 100%. Conclusion The total plate count and the duration of drinking are the two crucial factors that influence the qualification rate of barreled drinking water from students'dormitories of college/middle school in Baise city.Awareness of water sanitation should be strength-ened so as to ensure the quality of the drinking water and the physical health of the students.
