Comparison of Performance of Sirofil Production of 36.8tex 50 /50Tencel / Superfine Polyester Blended Yarn

利用现有的设施,在相同的条件下,纺制50/50Tencel/超细涤纶16s(36.8tex)Sirofil纱、纯粘胶纱和纯涤纶纱的性能进行测试,并对这三种纱线的条干不匀率、毛羽指数、粗细节和棉结、断裂强力、断裂伸长率、纱线质量指数进行对比分析。通过实验证明:Sirofil纱在条干不匀率、毛羽指数、粗细节和棉结、断裂强力、断裂伸长率等方面要优于纯粘胶纱和纯涤纶纱。为进一步开发Sirofil织物提供基础。

By using existing conditions , in the same conditions , the performance of spinning 16 S （ 36 . 8tex） Sirofil yarn, pure viscose yarn and pure polyester yarn of polyester was compared and some critical indicators of these three yarns were analyzed .The experiment result showed that Sirofil yarn was superior to the other two yarns in breaking force , breaking extension , the section of thickness and thinness , the cotton form, evenness and imperfection , hairness index and so on , which provided basis for further development of Sirofil fabric .
