2013年高考英语重庆卷各题型命题质量分析

Analysis of Test Design Quality of NMET of Chongqing Test Paper 2013

2013年是重庆实行高考英语自主命题的第十年,在题型方面做了较大改动,其命题质量值得关注。本文对2013年高考英语重庆卷各题型的命题质量进行了分析。结果表明,试卷的内容效度较高,呈现以下特点:考点广泛,覆盖合理,注重基础,突出重点,既考查了语言基础知识,又考查了语言运用能力。分析过程中也发现一些考点分布和试题设计存在问题,本文针对这些问题尝试为高考英语试题命制和高中英语教学提供一些启示与建议。

Chongqing has autonomously implemented NMET （ the National Matriculation English Test ） test design since 2004 .In 2013 , some changes on test types have been made to Chongqing NMET test paper and its design quality deserved attention .A detailed analysis of the various sections of Chongqing Test Paper 2013 has been made and the results showed that the Chongqing Test Paper was of high validity and possessed the following features：the coverage of test points was wide and appropriate , with a balance of focus on both basic knowledge and key points;the test combined basic linguistic knowledge with language use ability .Mean-while, problems concerning the coverage of test points and test design were found and some suggestions for NMET test paper design and high school English teaching and learning were put forward .
