摘要
微滤技术已广泛应用于食品工业、生物制药和污水处理等行业,但在微滤过程中,蛋白质对膜的污染是导致膜分离效率降低和通量下降的关键所在。本研究通过改变溶液浓度、跨膜压差来研究蛋白质溶液在死端微滤过程中对膜的污染,并对膜污染机理进行了初步探索。实验结果表明,本实验条件下,过滤过程中蛋白质聚集体在膜表面的堆积形成滤饼是造成膜污染的关键因素,通过非线性回归分析,得出最优模型为滤饼过滤模型。
Microfiltration technology is widely applied in the food industry、bio pharmaceutical,sewage treatment and so on. However, the key to decline of membrane separation efficiency and membrane flux is membrane fouling by protein. The study on the fouling of PVDF membrane under dead-end microfiltration of BSA by altering solution concentrations and TMPs was conducted , and the membrane fouling mechanism was explored. The experiment results indicated that the accumulation of protein aggregates on the membrane surface was the critical factor to membrane fouling under our experimental conditions. Meantime , the optimum model was cake filtration model by nonlinear regression analysis.
