引洮供水二期工程受水区水环境预测研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于引洮供水二期工程的特点和受水区水环境现状,以先节水后调水、先治污后通水、先环境保护后用水原则为前提,结合国家、黄河流域、甘肃省水资源保护、环境保护、污染控制等方面相关政策、规划及要求等,探讨了引(调)水工程水环境影响评价的主要思路,并分析了引洮供水二期工程对地表水环境的影响,结合区域污水处理设施与废污水排放量的可匹配性分析,提出了具有针对性的水环境保护对策。结果表明:2030年受水区COD、氨氮入河量将有所减少,有利于受水区地表水质的改善。 Based on the features of phase - II of Taohe River Water Diversion Project and the characteristics of present water environment in intake area, taking the principles of water saving first then diversion, pollution controlling first then discharge and environmental protection first then water use as the premise. Combined with national and regional policies, planning and requirements on water resources, environ-mental protection, pollution control and other aspects, the main idea in the water environmental impact assessment of water diversion project were discussed. The surface water environmental impact of phase - II of Taohe River Water Diversion Project was analyzed. Combined with the existing and planned sewage treatment facilities, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. The results show that the pollution COD and NH3 - N will be reduced in 2030 at the intake area and will help to improve the surface water quality of the intake area.
