摘要
将陶瓷集料等体积替代SMA-13的粗集料(替代率分别为10%,20%,30%,40%和50%)制备陶瓷沥青混凝土;研究不同陶瓷集料掺量下的沥青混合料的路用性能,其中包括马歇尔试验研究,高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗疲劳性能研究,并与SMA-13沥青混合料进行对比;通过室内光照辐射试验测试了陶瓷沥青混合料的降温隔热效果。结果表明,陶瓷集料的掺量不宜超过40%;陶瓷沥青混合料有较好的隔热效果,能有效降低路面结构内部的温度,相对于SMA-13降温效果提高了140%~360%。
Ceramic asphalt concrete is produced by replacement of the coarse aggregate in SMA -13 with ceramic aggregate by volume ( the replacement percentages are 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% ). The road performance of asphalt mixture with different ceramic aggregate contents, including Marshall test, high temperature stability, water stability, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance, is researched. The road performance of ceramic asphalt mixture (CAM) is compared with that of SMA -13. The thermal insulation performance of CAM is analyzed by indoor light radiation test. The result indicates that ( 1 ) the content of ceramic aggregate should be no more than 40% ; (2) CAM has a good thermal insulation performance, it can effectively reduce the temperature inside the pavement by 140% to 360% compared with SMA -13, and the temperature inside the pavement .is reduced by 140% to 360%.
