摘要
大学生就业指导在西方国家已有近百年的历史 ,形成了较为科学的理论体系和方法论。在我国是随着毕业生就业制度改革的深入而出现的新兴学科 ,还处于初创阶段。本文揭示了大学生就业指导的本质涵义 ,大学生就业指导学的学科性质 ,大学生就业指导学建立的学科规范。
In western countries,employment-obtaining guidance for university students has a history of almost a hundred years and has formed a scientific system of theories and methodology. While in China, with the deepening reform in job-assignment system the new subject of the employment-obtaining guidance is still at its initial stage. This paper shows the essential meaning of the employment-obtaining guidance for university students. It also probes into the characteristics and establishment norms of the employment-obtaining guidance theory.
